Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@yanior.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require extra time to complete the process.
